Please check your ordered items carefully after receiving the package.
You should weigh the package before unpacking it and check that if it is the same total weight shown on the box. To make sure that there are no items lost during delivery.
If there are some items lost or damaged, please email me all details and pictures of damaged items within 7 days after receiving the package or you can claim nothing. If there are some damaged items, you will get the replacements with your next order or you will be refunded.
In this case you have to let us know within 7 days after receiving the package.
